Placing an Order
Making a purchase couldn’t be easier
- Browse through our product range under ‘Shop Online’
- Select the product of your choice, at the bottom of the page are the ‘Add to Cart’ functions.
- Select the required Wine package and click ‘Add to Cart’ – The product is now in the shopping cart.
- Continue to browse and select any further products you require.
- When you’re ready to check out, navigate to the ‘Shopping Cart’ option in the menu.
- Select proceed to check out, enter your details and you’ll be directed to Paypal who handle our payments.
- Follow Paypal’s instructions and complete your order using your preferred method.

Amending your order
You are able to amend your order up to the point at which you click on ‘Submit Order’ on the Payment Page of our ordering process.
We are unable to amend orders once they have been submitted. Therefore if you are unhappy with your order details you will be required to cancel your original order by contacting us and place a new order with the correct details.
We maintain a large pool of stock. We will inform you as soon as possible if we are unable to deliver your order within the specified timescale.
All our wine is charged at checkout and displayed clearly there.
Debit/Credit Card payment is taken when the ‘Submit Order’ button is clicked on the Payment page.
The description of the goods, price, currency, VAT and delivery costs are set out on the checkout page. Orders are accepted at our discretion but are normally accepted once credit card authorisation has been confirmed.
Acknowledgment and Dispatch/Acceptance of your Order
We will notify you by email to acknowledge receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason. You will be notified of the dispatch of your order by email. Notification of dispatch constitutes acceptance of your order. Acceptance of all orders is subject to credit checks and we reserve the right to cancel any order which does not comply with these regulations.
Delivery and Warranty Arrangements
We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods within the timescale indicated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and a signature will be required on delivery. If the goods are held at the local post office or courier’s depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered, then it is your responsibility to collect the goods or arrange with the post office/courier an suitable delivery date. It is important that the address supplied by you to us is accurate as this could delay delivery.
We will not have any responsibility for any loss or damage which occurs to the goods after delivery. A signature and confirmation of receipt constitutes completion of delivery.
We are unable to deliver outside the UK or to freight forwarding companies.
Occasionally, the delivery of your order may be delayed. This can be for various reasons that are out of our control such as adverse weather conditions, courier problems or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, keep you informed should such a situation arise.
We will not be held responsible for delays and cancellations where the data supplied by customer is incorrect or inadequate.
You have a right to cancel an order within 7 working days, from date of order, in which to cancel your order.
In an event that your order has been dispatched, you must take reasonable care of all Goods in your possession and return them to us, appropriately packaged with the original manufacturers packaging and suitable for re-sale, within 7 days from the cancellation date. We recommend that all goods returned to us are sent by insured delivery. No refund or replacement of goods will be made until they are back in our possession.
We reserve the right to make a handling and restocking charge of 25% on goods which are returned if they were ordered in error or are no longer required.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products. You must contact us prior to returning any goods for our approval and details of where these will need sending.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and we are unable to issue a refund until the goods are back in our or our wholesalers possession. A refund will be issued once the item/(s) have been received.
Sorry but we are unable to accept any item for return if the manufacturers packaging has been opened.
